In one post, she wrote:

“They don’t know it but a year from now me and my 5-year-old sister would find them wrongfully shot dead in our home and won’t get to watch me graduate high school, see me walk down the aisle, and couldn’t even say goodbye.”

Another video featured similarly emotional language:

“If you asked me about my mom and step dad, I’d say I miss them so much. But if you were to ask me on a deeper level, I’d tell you that I just wanna go home.”

A third post, reported by The New York Times, included the text:

“I miss them so much. It’s like living in a horror movie that never ends.” The caption beneath the video reportedly read, “Should prob delete later.”

The posts have since been removed, but not before they were widely shared and documented. Authorities confirmed they are aware of the TikTok account and its contents. According to Law & Crime, the videos are part of the broader investigation into the double homicide.

On Tuesday, July 8, Patrick reportedly turned herself in at the Carroll County Jail. She remains in custody without bail. As of now, it is unclear whether she has retained legal representation or been assigned a public defender, according to NBC News.

While the specific motive behind the alleged ki**ings remains unclear, law enforcement emphasized that this case has been treated with the highest level of seriousness and resources from the beginning.

“From the very moment the 911 call was received, a relentless investigation began, one that would span months, consume thousands of hours, and require the full weight of local and federal law enforcement partnerships,” the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office said in a public statement.

“While the case has not remained in the public spotlight in recent months, this investigation has never gone silent.”

The county added that their goal has always been to bring forth the truth “responsibly and thoroughly,” and praised the dedication of everyone involved in the case.

“We are proud of the unwavering commitment shown by every member of this agency, and we stand behind the process that has led us to this arrest.”

If convicted, Patrick could face life in prison without the possibility of parole. Meanwhile, the investigation into the deaths of Kristen and James Brock remains ongoing.
